Hi, I'm Luis.

I'm Luis Alvarez III, a California-based technology professional with a background in IT, design, business systems, and project management.

For more than 20 years, I've worked with technology in one form or another—from managing networks and business systems to building websites, solving problems, and helping people make better use of the tools around them.

But technology is only part of what interests me. I've always enjoyed creating things, figuring out how they work, and taking on projects that push me to learn something new. Sometimes that's a website or business idea. Other times it's a home improvement project, something I'm trying in the gym, or a hobby I've picked up along the way.

That's really what this website is about.

I wirte the things I'm building, learning, using and enjoying across a few main categories.

A few Things I'm working on

Outside of my full-time work, I'm developing a few projects that combine my interests in technology, design, business, and entrepreneurship. Each presents a different challenge, and I'm documenting the process—from early ideas and planning to the lessons learned along the way.
